- We may correct pricing errors even after an order is placed
- Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed

7. Instrument Condition
Many instruments are pre-owned, refurbished, or surplus-sourced. We disclose known condition in good faith. Read listings carefully before purchase.
8. Technology & Site Use
Our storefront and operations may use modern software, automation, and AI-assisted tools to improve service. You agree not to abuse, scrape, or attack our systems.
9. Intellectual Property
Site content (text, images, branding) is owned by School Band Class or used with permission. Do not copy or redistribute without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, School Band Class is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, California courts.
