Store credit terms

• Customer trade-in store credit is typically 20% above the cash offer on the same instrument, when you take store credit instead of cash.
• School / bulk trade-ins may include an extra 8% store-credit bonus on the credit amount when that program applies. We state it on the bulk quote.
• Credit is for purchases, rentals, repairs, and accessories at School Band Class. It is not cash unless California law requires cash-out of a leftover balance.
• California: unused store-credit / gift-card balances generally do not expire. If a remaining balance is under $10, you may ask us to cash it out.
• Credit is issued after we inspect and accept the instrument. Fraud or a material misstatement can void the credit.
