Donate an Instrument | School Band Class

I would like a written acknowledgment of receipt after you take the instrument(s). This is not a charitable tax deduction. School Band Class is a for-profit shop. I confirm these instrument(s) are mine to give, free of liens, and I transfer ownership to School Band Class. You may refurbish, sell, use for schools, or part them out for repairs.

Thank you
