- The online rental page is a request. We confirm availability, then send a rental agreement to sign before any charge.
- We do not silently auto-renew a card. If a term renews, the agreement will say so in plain language, and you can cancel online or by emailing service@schoolbandclass.com before the renewal date.
- Month-to-month, if offered, can be stopped by email; we stop the next unused period.
- You are responsible for reasonable care. Damage beyond normal student wear is billed per the agreement.
- Return the instrument at term end or when you buy/upgrade. Late returns may accrue the posted daily/period rate.
- California auto-renewal rules: if we ever offer automatic renewal, we will show the terms, the amount, how to cancel, and an online cancellation path before you agree.
