Staff read the verbal script below, customer agrees, and staff record name, number, date, and staff initials in our CRM / repair ticket / intake notes.
Verbal consent is confirmed when possible by a follow-up SMS: “School Band Class: you’re opted in for order/repair texts. Reply STOP to opt out.”
